Nice day at the office. Wales are ranked 116 in the world so no need to get carried away but you can only play what's in front of you.
Going into the Macedonia match, we can do so with confidence. We didn't give Wales a sniff in front of the goal which is as much as you can ask from your defence. Up front we had made a few chances, Clark in the first half and Duff when we slipped at the last minute as well as 3 well taken goals.
Gibson and Fahey's strikes hopefully have done enough to make it a 2 way tussle for the No. 8 shirt and Green down the pecking order. I've no issue with Whelan starting so long as a more positive player partnering him.
