Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi all, When I login to my work email via webmail from home broadband, I can see all messages in Inbox, and can create a new email. Sounds good, but I can't type a message into the message pane. There is a small red cross in the top left hand corner of the message pane and it/s blue/grayed out. I can type an email address…

Hi all,
When I login to my work email via webmail from home broadband, I can see all messages in Inbox, and can create a new email. Sounds good, but I can't type a message into the message pane. There is a small red cross in the top left hand corner of the message pane and it/s blue/grayed out. I can type an email address and send a test message to myself.

I guess I need to change some settings, but can't figure out what.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Are you sure that is not a security precaution? Try it in another browser, Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera etc etc, and if you still have an issue talk to your company IT..
