HTC desire or desire HD?

Hi I am leaning towards the Desire cause i can pick it up way cheaper and its a bit neater, the desire HD is just too big for me!

Would i be missing out big time?

I didn't see the what they were asking the extra 100 or so for. Ok, screen is a bit bigger, bit better quality but all in all I'm still happy with my Desire and that's after getting to play with my mates HD.

defo wait for the desire 2 it will be accounced next week at the mobileworldcongress. the desire 1 was released this time last year. the desire 2 will be major competition for the iphone 4 / 5.

Haha, nice. A "better battery cover" is actually a feature. The damn one on the Desire would be one my few gripes with the phone!
What kind of timeframe will the D2 have in Ireland?
