No Fruit trees left for REPS4?

It seems Seedsavers & FutureForests are out of rootstock for the traditional orchard planting that's req'd under REPS4. Is there anywhere else in Ireland that deals in this kind of product? i.e.Rootstocks MM27 or MM106 with grafted scions of trad apple varieties (Crofton, Leixlip). Cheers!
