Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Looking for a band/bands to gig with

    Hi all,

    We're a four-piece pop/rock/indie band based in Dublin. We're looking for another band or two to play gigs with on a regular basis. My plan would be that we would organize gigs together on a regular basis, sharing the burden of bringing equipment/backline etc. Ideally I would like a situation where we play a kind of residency once or twice a month in some venue in the city, I'm thinking somewhere like Shebeen Chic or Mercantile or Sweeney Mongrels. Anyone interested? Or is this a crazy idea? There are so many bands in the city I reckon if we helped each other out we'd all benefit.

    Ah no worries, I'll say it to my band and a few guys I know and see what happens. It's always nice to play with new bands and get new fans.
