Three relatively blockbuster friendlies, if there is such a thing.

Germany - Italy is 0-0 having kicked off 15 minutes ago. The other 2 kick off now, with Brazil - France on ESPN.

Aye, not much experimenting going on across the six teams though it has to be said. Also looking forward to seeing Renato Augusto. Cracking player, albeit only when he wants to be.

Di Maria gives Argentina the lead too.

Lovely flick by Nani in the build-up too.

Commentators will require a change of pants at halftime.

Cracking game it has to be said. Brazil - France was boring me, and I couldn't look at Lloris' jersey for much longer, it's ridiculous.

Ronaldo makes a fool out of Mascherano :)

meireles must have been instructed to ignore the ball and just kick whoever is closest to him.

    decent game.

Shame from Hernanes. Usually such a placid sort. I see him playing the kaka role for years to come for Brazil.

More petulance by messi after B. Alves had the cheek to take the ball off him.

have you watched the rest of the game, he has been getting lumps kicked out of him for the whole half. Portugal are a nasty bunch it seems.

Surprised messi doesn't get injured more, he seems to be hacked down 3 or 4 times in any game.

Meireles is making Mascherano look like a saint in this game. Shame, he's normally such a classy player.

Plenty of other players are getting hacked down, and don't feel the need to go head to head. It's a friendly.

Italy weren't slow at putting Motta into their team after he got international clearance the other day.

It really was a horrible tackle from Hernanes.

Even looks like he moved towards Benzema when he knew he wasn't getting the ball?

On a side note, that France jersey is amazing, pity it is France though

I saw it coming. The last 5 matches against Italy on German soil ended in a draw.

Almeida with one of the worse misses iv seen for some time

Portugal would be a dangerous team if they had a proper striker

Another win for France - things certainly looking up now the clown has left and a decent manager has replaced him.

Germany Italy 1:1. Very good game of football, fair result. Couple of cracking passes from Aquilani. Germanys youngsters making good progress. On the downside we still can't beat Italy.
