Loughmacask in Kilkenny City?

    Where is Loughmacask. It sounds like its near the Butts. Apparently a mix use development has been granted planning permission.

    From what I read it was permission for ten years. Loads of five bed room houses, like there's a huge demand!

    I think the actual sight is after you leave the butts on the way out to Dicksboro and before that grain factory. I don't know if on the left or right but there is a small pond in a field on the right.

    Hey Catbear, I agree with your post. Looks like the council just happy to gets funds from wherever. There are already ghost estates around the city why add to the problem. Thank you to those who replied much appreicated.
