I am just wondering what quality of service for UPC in cork city is like, I'll be moving into a new apartment about 3 mins from mccurtin street, Wondering is the service actually congestion free at night and reliable, people i know in blackpool say its reliable, just wondering has anyone else any other experiences

I lived just around the corner on St. Patricks Hill for a while and had UPC there, had no issues with congestion at the time.
