Hi everyone. I am posting this on behalf of my mum, who lives in Carlow. She owns a 2 year old budgie, and it seems that this budgie has become diabetic. Hi everyone.

Can anyone tell me of the nearest place to carlow, where she might be able to get this bird looked at and helped?

Perhaps you could give the falconry outside Tullow a call and ask if they can recommend someone.
