    History is very tricky to predict this year, but a good trick is to at study at least one President. Johnson came up last year and a President question might be a new trend. My pick would be Truman if anyones interested.

    For English, Boland, Dickinson and Wordsworth are my English teacher's bets. He was probably the ONLY teacher not to tip Boland last year, tbh.

    Like last year, we'll be putting up some Prediction vids on YouTube...
    ...hope they are of some use!

    xLauren, I seriously suggest that you acquaint yourself with Boards policy re: abuse of other posters; it can be summed up quite simply actually: "Don't do it!"

    soup1, stop winding people up.

    Im dreading it too. Stressed off my head cause its my best subject this year. Have to get an A1/A2.

    Dunno if ill do Lenin. Ive a feeling a curveball in the form of "Why did the communists win the civil war" or "Cumann n gaed, FF economies" are gonna appear.....and i dont wanna stretch myself to far as it is by trying to cover "what if" topics.

    Im waffling but you know what i mean lol

    I'm quite confident that something racial conflict related will come up, it's too big an area to not be involved at all. Something about it's overall significance, or what contribution it has made to a change in relations.
    I'm going to try know all of Germany, most of the main points of Italy and enough to answer a Russia question.
    Ireland..nightmare to predict personally. In an ideal world something Treaty related would come up. :P

    Don't go into the English exam without knowing at the minimum least two of; Boland, Dickinson, Frost, Hopkins, Wordsworth.

    Out of interest, the poets on the 2012 course that are also on 2011 are;
    Boland, Frost, Kavanagh, Rich

    I'm actually more confident Dickinson will come up than Boland..

    Well really if you study case studies and other chapters revolving around case studies you are guaranteed at least one question to come up. But bare in mind that many other people will be doing the case studies so maybe you want to be different :)
