My n900 is buggered and won't charge so need to send that off. My k800i that was working fine also won't turn on now. So I need a phone that will work with 3 for as cheap as possible. Does any one know if those cheapo phones tesco sell are locked?

The sony cedar is a pretty good phone for €59 euro, would make a handy spare..you'll get a pre pay sim when you buy it so you could sell it as just new in a week or 2 when the nokia is back.
None of the cheap o tesco phones are 3G.

Plug the k800i in for a night and see does it come to life.
