    I could not find a list of 2011 Irish Marathons and I have kind of lost track of what's available beside the main one:

    Connemara - April
    Belfast - May
    Newry -
    Longford - August
    Cork - June
    Dublin -October

    What' else?

    I think there are a few more oth there,

    I once thought it would be nice to run all Irish based Marathons in the one calendar year, nearly impossible now unless you are happy enough to have no recovery time between a few of them.

    I've been told that there will be a Waterford Marathon in November. I don't know if there are official details just yet though. Maybe someone else might be able to confirm this?

    No I don't think so, the half will still be held in December.

    And there's also talks of a half in Tramore in July.

    I keep a list of Marathons on this website...

    There are links at the end of each event to take you each respective website where you can get more info.

    There seems to be a steady stream of new races starting up.......especially around the Bank Holiday weekends.
