Is that the red and white colour tubes? The Cien Pro stuff? I got them a few weeks ago and LOVE them!! My hair has never been so smooth! I'd have straight enough hair naturally but I'd always need to straighten it to smooth is out but with those shampoos it barely needs it! and for less than 7euro for shampoo, conditioner, hair mask and heat treatment spray its a steal!

    Yep, that's them.

I got the Pixie Glow Tonic last week. I'm not sure how I feel about it yet. It seems to have given me a bit of a breakout.
Hopefully I'll see the benefits of it soon.

You could be allergic to glycolic. I am and had a bad reaction to that stuff. Apparently it's common enough.

Some stuff I got in Sephora recently...

ABH Liquid Lipstick in Carina. I adore this colour and the matte look.

BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfectors in Pearl and Opal

    becca_opalpressed008.jpg

Pearl is quite white and scary looking in the pan but a little blends out really beautifully. I think it will be a great highlighter for me for a natural glow.
Opal is more golden and subtle, definitely for more 'made up' looks. I was tempted to get Rose Gold too as it looked gorgeous but testing it out I felt it was a little too dark for me. I was talking to a BECCA rep who recommended layering Pearl over other highlighters if you want that strobing look. I love the look but not sure I have the confidence to pull it off :o She also said there are some new highlighters on the way, one will be a rose quartz colour. I want it already. :D

    BECCA Luminous Blush in Snapdragon
    becca_snapdragon007.jpg

I have only applied a tiny amount of this (it's really pigmented) and blended it out for a natural flush but I think it looks lovely. The gold flecks are quite subtle.

Also got ABH Brow Wiz, some Sephora face masks and a Fresh soy facial cleanser which smells like cucumbers and is super gentle on my dehydrated skin.

Purchases a full size mudmasky yesterday after being very impressed with a generous sample from Glossybox. It's expensive - 69- but there was 20% off and comes with a travel size sample too. I love the mask I have dry flakey skin in parts and oily around my forehead so I can keep the mask on for slightly different lengths (~2 mins). Love it!

I had a breakout from it too, stopped it for a couple of days and then introduced I slowly. No problems since so maybe try doing that.

Guys is it normal to get a full body massage (they didnt touch my face) and have a break out on your face? I never get spots and have loads now a few days after a massage.

I had the same problem and so I reduced my use to once a week and gradually built it up from that. Am using it 7 days a week now with no problems.

I started off using it every third night and have now gone to every second night and I think I'm going to stick with that as it seems to be working for me. I didn't get any breakouts from it, but found my skin was a bit drier so I don't think I'd use it every night.

Have been using the Kypris Moonlight Catalyst and Beauty Elixir for the last two weeks. Loving them so far. My skin looks the best it has in years. Also have been using the Jade facial roller by Yu Ling and am obsessed

I've been loving the Lidl keratin shampoo, conditioner and mask lately. Been using them for about two months now and my hairdresser commented on the volume and condition of my hair when I was in getting it done last week :-)

Normally I avoid opaque/creamy shampoos as they tend to leave a build-up on my hair very quickly but so far, this hasn't. I have cut down to only washing my hair once a week, though, which also probably helps.

Thanks for this picked them that day in lidl after remembering your review.
Well impressed. My hair is normally like straw. It's lovely and a soft after using this shampoo and conditioner.

I'd go as far as saying it almost rivals my beloved keratas. But jeeze it's so cheap in comparison to it :) thanks

Been trying the Cocoa Brown shampoo and conditioner this week after reading good things about it but have to say I'm not a fan and definitely won't repurchase. Hair is lank, zero volume and practically stuck to my head. Disappointed, had high hopes for it as I suffer from psoriasis and I know Marissa does too and has pitched it as gentle on the scalp but it definitely doesn't work for my hair type.

I am LOVING this British rose mask. I popped it on my skin last night before bed, and there was nothing left on my skin this morning. I got up this am, and had a good look at myself before getting in the shower and my skin was beautiful. It looked well hydrated, smooth and flawless. Like, I could have just went out (if my hair wasn't so greasy, that's my next review) with that face and no other products on it, and I would have looked good.

Ok - Tresemme dry shampoo. Dafuq? I have to keep checking this can to actually see if what I've put on my head is dry shampoo or dry oil. I'm no stranger to dry shampoo. I'm a big fan of batiste. I wash my hair every 3 days. Now, I was going out last night and just needed something to freshen my hair up. It didn't have to work a miracle. I sprayed it, tousled my fingers through my hair and combed it through. Within seconds of combing it through my hair was shiney and was so oily the bristles in the comb imprinted on my hair.

My hair wasn't actually greasy before I started, it was just day old hair.
I had to get into the shower and wash my hair last night, which kind of defeats the purpose of using a dry shampoo especially considering I wouldn't have had to wash it for two more days if i hadn't used it.

I'm actually very tempted to mail it back to Tresemme and telling them to explain themselves.

Thanks to this thread I am currently sat with a hydro colloid bandage on my chin hoping that it works a miracle! I usually have good skin and only get 3-4 bad spots a year but this one really hurts.

Hi @LexiOnRale - I had a similar response to the Tresseme dry shampoo - it had got rave reviews but it did nothing to freshen up my hair - it felt like I had a lot of product build up. I gave it a few goes and then threw it in the bin.

I had to stop using it every day. Too harsh on my skin and i am not sensitive at all... my facialist said 3 times a week max....

Just a heads up guys, Colorpop are doing FREE international shipping for purchases over $50!

I've already made two orders at $80 each!

I know I'll get hit with customs but couldn't resist all the hype about them!

I've never tried anything from them before.

Boots are doing 3for2 on Soap and Glory gift sets and make up including a gorgeous eyeshadow palette. I just bought new shadows last week so I stocked up on loads of bath goodies, body scrubs, body butters etc

I'm addicted to the stuff.....although I really liked the shades in the palette....And it was only €26 for 10 shades or thereabouts....I think I might be tempted....

Just tried my KVD foundation and sad to say that although I like it, I don't love it! It finishes matte and full coverage but doesn't apply the same so I ended up with too much on and had to start again!

Also used a sample from glossybox this morning- body shop himilayian charcoal clay mask. Sceptical at first for some reason but it was really impressive! My skin has been really oily this week (thanks hormones) even though it was still flakey in places but it was so good at refreshing my skin and left it all glowy and soft :)

On mobile so can't hyperlink but this is it

I picked up a Beauty Blender in Sephora and have been using it for the last week. I've used the Penneys one before and didn't really think the original BB could be much better / different.

    Well I was wrong :pac:

The BB is amazing. I put one drop of Double Wear on a palette and with the BB managed to do my entire face. I'd usually need about 3 drops when using my MAC 168 or 187.

The finish was flawless, it was like my face had been airbrushed :D

I'll never buy the dupe versions again, the original is the best and well worth the money. Highly recommend it.

I ordered the Kat Von D tattoo liner and 2 of the everlasting liquid lipsticks, in Bow N Arrow and nosferatu. I haven't tried Nosferatu yet but oh my word the other 2 are amazing. Completely worth the hype IMO.

I also put through a colour pop order this morning for 9 lipsticks (mixture of mattes, satin, and a few lippie pencils). Big fan of the ones I have so i thought I should avail of the free shipping ;)

I've also ordered the naked basics ultimate palette and am eagerly anticipating its arrival.

I'm now on a shopping ban for the foreseeable, replacement purchases only methinks!

Would anyone know where the cheapest place to buy a steampod is? Peter Mark sell them I know, is there my best bet?

I bought the too faced foundation in the hopes that it would not slide off my skin, as my face has gone very oily.

Oh my God it has broken my face out so badly. Literally I have spots all over and even on my neck. It's so frustrating as my skin was ok before and these marks will take so long to heal.

Went to the Professional Beauty show in the RDS and bought a Decleor advent calender on a whim. Interested to see if I will have the willpower to keep it until December or will I rip it open in the meantime!
