Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm currently transferring old recorded material from vhs to dvd.

However my old vcr needs to be cleaned.

I have a head cleaning cassette but I've run out of the liquid solution that came with it.

Does anyone now of a substitute liquid I could use instead or where I can buy head cleaning cassettes.

    Thanks.

Did it say on the bottle what the liquid is?
I guess it may have been Isopropyl Alcohol which can be bought from a chemists.
the bottle I have now is 500ml and cost about a tenner a couple of years ago but some chemists may supply you with a smaller amount.

    DO NOT USE METHS!
