    About what; there are five moderators on the Legal Discussion forum, not exactly enough for lively discussion. Are moderator-only forums common? Why does Judges Chambers not appear on the profiles of the other moderators on the Legal Discussion forum?

    Very common. They are purely to do with the running of the site, not general or subject specific.

    It only appears in the profile of the assigned moderators. Judges Chambers is a totally different forum to the Legal Discussion forum, therefore has different moderators.
