Good traffic Monitor??

Just got a sat bb connection but has a low limit i need to adhere to. Any got any links to a decent Traffic monitor software as i need to see how much is being uploaded downloaded per day week etc. Single machine base would be fine nothin fancy. Done some quick googles n alot of the stuff seems to be older, but some…
