Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hey guys, apologies if this is in the wrong place, have never posted in this forum before.

So I'm looking to buy a webcam in Argos today as it is the handiest and I need one quickly so haven't time to shop around.

I have narrowed it down to the Creative Live! Cam Chat HD and Logitech C270 HD Webcam which are both the same price.

I want it for webchatting primarily so which would be the better one in terms of quality, lighting and is easy to set up?

unless you have a dual core processor and a high speed/large bandwitdh connection, don't bother with the HD cameras. They've no hardware encoding, therefore it's all done on the PC, and the hi-def picture will need a faster line. I have one of these and it does the job perfect, and a 1 hr video chat can use over 400-500 MB. but if you have enough pc power, go for it. I'd check online reviews before deciding though. They're all easy to set up,
