UPC broadband with old router from Smart??

hi guys having some trouble here wonder if anyonce can help!

i recently got the UPC 10Mbps broadband. They gave me this Scientific Atlanta EPC2203 modem and I get it working with my old ADSL modem/router Thomson tg585v7(i got it from Smart). I can online with my laptop using wifi and my desktop using a homeplug.

however yesterday the broadband suddenly not working for awhile - today i got it working again with my laptop wifi but the homeplug-desktop is not working, it keeps showing me this:

any thoughts?
