    It's time again for The National Student DJ Competition, Spinoff 2011. It's DIT DJ Society's 10th anniversary and this years competition will be our biggest and best yet.

    Kicking things off we have the Dublin Heat, will be taking place in POD room, alongside Strangeways, this Wednesday coming, 16th. The best DJs from our Dublin colleges will battle it out. A list of the competitors to come soon.

    UCD, DCU, Trinity, NCAD, DIT, Griffith College & Ballyfermot have all been confirmed to participate in this Dublin heat so far.

    Each college will put forward their best DJ. 2 Djs will then go through to compete in the Final in Button Factory, on Friday the 4th of March. Where we have !RIVA STARR! playing the headline slot, prizes for have yet to be confirmed and the winner will get to warm up for Riva Starr!

    Details for the Regional Heat (Twisted Pepper, 3rd of March) and Final with Riva Starr (Button Factory 4th of March) to come soon. DIT DJ Society Electronic Music Conference, the first of its kind in Ireland, will also be hold held the day of the final.
