    Hi,

    I am considering renting a property in Raymond Street, Dublin 8 (just off Clanbrassil St). I am looking for thoughts and opinions on this area - positives and negatives. Have taken a wander around the area, and it seems pretty quiet, but I would like to hear other opinions as I'm pretty clueless!
