Not working, hasnt been for a fw weeks but the douche who installed it did a pretty good job of making it inaccesable(sp?)
So left without any heating, have tried calling said plumber umpteen times but hes been avoiding us, and if he does answer he doesnt turn up.

Now boiler was installed a few years ago, but his apprentice he sent up to fix it, ended up making it worse, as in it leaked. on wooden floor boards, ruining them, these floor boards were only put down in aug10

im not sure wat to do

He's obviously a complete cowboy, and it must be time to go through the Small Claims Court.

considering it, but got a message from him thats its out of warranty, does that matter when its a case of carelessness?

You paid for the goods AND the service he provided. Without knowing more detail, it sounds as if the service provided was shoddy. If that is indeed the case, then you are entitled to seek redress
