    Hoping to avoid the result until later, will be in the Mestalla tonight!

    Hope its a good day all around, a draw or win would be so fantastic for us against Milan but as long as there is no more then 1 goal between us going into the return leg, I think we can do it.

    Modric to start according to: http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2914/champions-league/2011/02/15/2353762/luka-modric-to-start-for-tottenham-in-champions-league-clash

    I would love to believe this source is reliable. Any one else hear anything?

    Seems to be the general feeling on the web that Modric will start or play at least some part in the game, if he is starting i hope its because hes fit tho! wouldnt want Luka to play if hes any issues as theres a lot of important games coming up where wel need him.

    Agreed reckon he could be on the bench I imagine he will really want to play though having to be subbed last time after ten minutes.

    Great to hear that Modric could feature but it's only been two weeks since the op and he's probably quite weak from it, it's not a huge operation but does flatten you a bit so he may just be able for a half? Good news anyhow :)

    Gomes;
    Charlie, Gallas, Dawson, Assou-Ekotto;
    Lennon, Palacios, Sandro, Pienaar;
    Van der Vaart
    ; Crouch.

    And our subs are...Cudicini, Bassong, Woodgate, Kranjcar, Modric, Defoe, Pavlyuchenko.

    Thought kranjcar would start

    I'd be starting Kranjcar if i were Harry. His form recently has earned him the spot. Not that Pienaar has been bad though. I just prefer Niko as a wide player.

    we've started very well but I have a horrible feeling that Milan will soak up all the pressure and hit us on the break. I just wish Lennon had a great final ball

    What worries me is that Milan will get this this poor play out of their system by the second leg.

    We gotta punish them, still though I can't complain.
