No, its not  They've been working down the flanks and then crossing into Crouch.

To a certain extent, other times they seem to just get anywhere near he box and launch it in.

Yeah but it is not all they do is what people are trying to say, they have had great variety so far, not just resorting to launching it up to Crouch,

Besides he is the lone front man, what else do they want them to do?

Milan look dangerous on the counter attack all the same, seem to be happy enough to let Spurs come onto them.

You mean soon to be Manchester United's Modric?

Well, Spurs nearly passed the ball into the net there, happy now?

    Van der vaart?
He's had a good few months. Is this the new standard for world class now?

    Your a funny guy

Modric is an excellent player. I suppose it depends on your definition of world class. Would he make a world XI? No. Is he one of the best players in his position? Yes.

Amelia will be just fine for those who don't know him.

9 Italy caps and over 200 league appearances in the the serie A and a generally good keeper. This isn't Hilario or Brad Jones we're talking about here.

Milan remind me of the English teams of the 90's, keep losing possession cheaply.

Think they said he has played 2 times in the Champions League this season too.

Jaysus, the amount of Milan players with numbers in the 70s on their backs. Not like the good ol' days when you had 1-11!

He had a good few years at Hamburg also, good enough that some Spanish team named Real Madrid decided to sign him. What happened while he was there doesn't really count because, well it's Real and he had things to deal with in his personal life.

Waits for inevitable howler from Amelia.

Been impressed by Sandro in mf, keeping it simple doing well. Never thought much of him in his few PL games, but doing well tonight. Pienaar is having a mare so far, need Niko on for him at HT.

Dead right tho, Ibra never lived up to his early promise as a championship manager legend when he was 18 or that. Buy him then guaranteed 40 goals a season, buy him now...no thanks.

Whoever is commentating alongside the usual lad on Sky... My god its like listening to a documentary on Discovery. He couldn't make it any less interesting. And that's based on the 6 times he's actually said anything so far!

Ibra was the man on I think Champ manager around 2000 or so, buy him for next to nothing from his Swedish club and he would get u about 40 goals as an 18 yo. Never lived up to those standards, and if u were offered for 5m on that now you'd think twice about it.

VDV the best player on the pitch by a garden mile.

Could have bought half of David Bentley for that.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,328 ✭✭✭✭ctrl-alt-delete

Jesus Lennon, nobody will want to get on the end of that,

Crouch telling him to try dink them in,

really has been all good from Spurs except for the final ball.

    Is Defoe fit?

If Arry gets him out his speed and running could win this for Spuds.
Ac Milan are there for the taking, piss poor.

Ibra has 13 goals in 20 for Milan (in the league anyway), he's not exactly doing ****e. Better than Rooney and Torres this season, not too dissimilar to David Villa (15 in 22 in the league). Maybe base your opinion on more than a handful of games.

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

No I'm saying in the game at the time u wouldn't have paid that. Ah no back to reality, i'd pay about 2 by the looks of him 2nite!!

Pato simply has to come on. You can't leave a world class player on the bench for garbage like Robinho.

If this ac milan team is leading the league, italian football must be pure muck

Jamie Redknapp or Tony Cas at HT. Another tough decision.
