    Hello Everyone!

In my opinion poker itself is becoming bigger and bigger within Irish society. This my be due to the fact that people don't have the money to be hitting the tiles every Friday and Saturday night. People are now entertaining friends and family in there own homes and lets face it, will be for the next five years at least.

So....I am a Furniture Designer with no work at the moment and have decided to start up my own Custom Poker Table Manufacturing Company based in Blanchardstown, Dublin.

I intend to design and make custom built poker tables to meet anybody's requirements. When I am contacted by a client I will meet them and discuss the different ideas we both will have and also provided detailed drawings and scaled models of there final product.

If anyone is interested in getting in contact with me they can send me a quick email @ desward2010@hotmail.com

    Thanks for reading....

Very small market for tables over €400, but there are a good few out there who want specific designs / specific sizes. Roulette tables & Blackjack is also a market to look at.

I've effectively withdrawn from that end as the far east factories want minimum of 50 tables per design these days, but I'd have no problem ion promoting your products on the www.casinoshop.ie website for a small commission.

I can possibly help in sourcing felt, leather, cup holders & legs too, if need be.

How much would you charge for one of them?
tbh, I don't think they are great.

    Criticisms
Oval table - Racetrack is in 8 pieces, makes it look cheap. Actually it is cheap. A single piece is far better looking.
The racetrack is higher than the table my about 18". Why? Makes the whole area unusable. Chips and cards need to slide accross a table.
Rail covering looks a bit loose and saggy. Could be the finsih. But don't think so

    Hex table
The rail is very basic. Not even a fillet of chamfer edge. If I was paying anysort of money i'd expect it to be moulded. It's not difficult.
    Ditto for legs and base.
