Where do Computer Staff hang out?

OK, mods can tell me if this isnt cool....

I have been asked to source a couple of IT staff for a client (yes I am an evil recruiter) and don't do a lot of IT work.

My question is this - where do IT people look for new roles. (Helpdesk and Field Service I am looking for etc)

Any advise greatly appreciated.
