moving line to other operator query.

    hi eircom


    if i order online, to move my line and broadband from eircom to vodafone, and then subsequently cancel the order, does the line still move over to vodafone?

    ie once the order has been placed it cannot be stopped, and will move over?
    is this correct?

    eircom can you clarify

    Hi ingen,

    If the order is cancelled when pending it will not process. Have yo placed an order to transfer from eircom.
