Im going entering a team in an 11 aside league run this summer in Galway city. It will be around 1 match per week for summer from June on, games will be played 1 evening each week arranged by the two teams playing. Games will be 35mins a half, full size pitch and proper ref and everything.

Basically Im looking for players interesting in playing on a team, hoping to get a squad of 15 at least, subs will be roll on and off anytime during game. Should be a good league, last year 16 teams where in it.

Newaz pm me if any of you would be interested.

If this league is in Mervue, you'll be lucky to get 25 mins a half.

35mins a half, no it not in mervue, its in various pitchs around the city. Im not organising league, just trying to get a team together, it ran last summer aswell and was very well run league. I have a few players already but need a good few more to make up 15 minimum.

If your still looking for one or two in 3/4 weeks time give me a shout. On the final stretch of the Oranmore 5's now and I and one or two more even might be interested in giving the 11 a sides a shot for the summer instead of re-entering for the 5's.

Does anyone have any interest in entering a 6 a side team into a league in galway? It's on the corrib rangers astro, beside dunnes in westside. Starts on the 28th april every monday night.it 35 a team with a panel of 10. Proper fai refs too.

league not doe to start for another 5 r 6 weeks yet newaz, so the more players the better. I usually just play astro 5s and 6s aside leagues but 11 aside is nice for a change, more space and that.

I've been looking for a regular friendly game of soccer for a while. I would be interested in playing 5 a sides, 7 a sides or even a friendly game of 11 a sides. I play at a reasonable standard for an amateur (I can do at least 30 keepy ups!!!) albeit I'm 37 years old and don't have a lot of pace but still possess a cultured right foot.

westside astro, corrib rangers is prob the best in the city centre anyway. Hibs is to long and narrow and drom is to far out. Mervue is to small.

There is a game on Wednesdays in Renmore at 6pm on the big pitch (7 vs. 7 ~), it's a mixed level and it is for fun (we have a no slide tackling rule) so all are welcome!
