Neteller not responding, anybody else in same boat?

    Made a "local bank transfer" last Wednesday 9 Feb. Unfortunately, I did not put my Neteller account number with the transfer (to a Barclays Ireland account). Since then I've submitted 2 Web-Form requests on the Neteller site. And even though they promise a 12 hour response time, I've not had a reply and it 5 days. Also trying to contact them through the phone number on the website has not worked.

    EDIT: The money in question has hit my Neteller account. I did contact Barclays Ireland this morning so maybe that did help.

    We're not suffering, only complaining 😞
