muay thai class in stillorgan

    Hi folks

    Just posting up here to let everyone know that I have recently started muay thai classes every monday 7pm-8pm at st.laurences community centre in stillorgan located behind the millhouse pub which is on the lower kilmacud road. the class is mostly full of beginners and a couple of intermediates. so come down and check it out if your looking to boost fitness levels,loose weight or take up a lethal form of self defence in a fun and friendly atmosphere! all classes €8...

    Hi, it seems to be only one day and one hour per week - am i right ?
    Would somebody advice me any muaythai or kicbox club in Stillorgan, or Blackrock area?
    I would like have trainings 3 times / week
