    Joe Higgins hasn't been a teacher for more than 30 years and was not entitled to and didn't receive a pension.

    Joe Higgins currently receives a Dail pension despite being an MEP. As always he still only takes the average industrial wage. His Dail pension is lodged in a 'solidarity fund' which is then used to provide donations for worthy causes. You can find details here -

    Extremely selfless altruistic councillor if ever there was one. Have had many dealings with him and always makes time for everyone. Good luck joe. Everyone, whoever you wish to vote for, DO VOTE. or else when it goes tits up which it will, you have no right to a say.
