    Hey hey,

    I'm thinking about buying a car but it's out of Tax 8 month's, Would I have to pay the Back Tax on it ?? or could I get a Stam of the Garda or somthing ??

    Get a declaration witnessed by a Garda and tax it from the month of purchase.

    Incorrect.

    Just enter the Past Owner details on the RF100A form.
