    Can't believe this but I posted off an entry today. I went from not knowing what the big 2012 plan was at lunchtime yesterday to sorting it all out while ploughing up and down the pool last night.

    So it's Donadea in February and a return to the Lost Sheep in September. Now I have to tell the missus ...yikes

    Anyone driving down to this from central Dublin [ish] btw?

    Im coming off 2 weeks off injured, and not done more than 16 miles in training, so I am not going to kill myself doing this, but will use it as a good LSR instead.
