    Is mithril running? Crusaders may have a team in that case. Unless there's another Cru head in the entry I am unaware of, which is very possible!

    Ill be up at donadea on sat 26th next from just before 10 am for a few hrs to coincide with the donadea rc new members morn,,,,, if any one wants to come up and do a lap or a few of the loop,and can do the mtb loop also..

    local effin Gaa club decide to put on their(short)10k on the same day,and have the neck to ring up the local course measurer to measure it.....hope everyone else is in good form:)

    Did my second 22mile during the weekend as part of my training and managed 8:14 pace throughout so pretty confident the time won't be a problem...least thats the hope.
