upc at it again in swords

upc have being constantly at this. upc went down again tuesday 12:00 am till 1:25 am. I wouldnt mind too much but i was sending a very important large file to america and i have to do it all again. upc this is the last fcuking time i will stand for this. if it happens one more fcuking time thats it i'm gone. i feel your pain. have to admit though they do fit faults pretty rapid. though that's no consolation.
