    Knee is a bit dodgey past couple of weeks, squatted on it last week and it wasnt a good idea.

    Decided yet again to change program, its basically WS4SB wit a little twist.......... the twist being ill do rotate Lower & Upper and do either ME or RE depending on how beat up i am, goin by how ive been past couple of months itll be a lot of light RE!!

    edit: had a sh*t nights sleep with rib, went to doc and he sent me for xray nothiing broken, prescribed difene and solphadine, feels lot better already ha

    Rib still very tender but managed to get through the above handy enough (pullovers not included) think ill just stick to striking till after the crimbo give the rib time to heal properly this time

    trained at lunch so it had to be short, will most likely be trainin during lunch from january onwards so theyll all be short workouts
