Interview for Hair Salon Manager..... Advice???

    I have an interview coming up for the position of Salon Manager in popular hair salon. I have already had the phone interview which went really well and the owner id undecided yet as to wether the next stage will be face to face interview or group interview.

    Obviously I need to WOW them because this is such a great opportunity and its where I want my career to progress and I need to outshine the others somehow!

    So I need some tips on how to do this......
    Plus Im confused as what to wear ..... Its a management position so Im unsure whether to wear the traditional suit or should I go a bit more fashionable/modern without going overboard??
    And since it is a hairdresser.... hair up or down???

    Hope some of you can help me.... I would really appreciate the help!
