Bin collection in Ennins

moving into ennis in the next few weeks and i'm wondering do the council provide a bin collection service or is there just private operators? Is there pros and cons to council or private collectors

Ennis Town Council stopped providing a refuse collection service a few years ago. There are two private refuse collectors (that I am aware of) operating in Ennis.
