problem with Boards.ie loading yesterday and taoday

am I the only one having this problem? I clicked on "new thread" at 16:47 and the screen only came up now (17:04). Even when I do get into a forum, it takes forever going from one post to another... I'm not having this problem with nay other websites and have never had a problem like this on Boards before...any advice?!
