    anyone in the beta for battlefield play for free?
    its currently in closed beta, and was wonderin if anyone knew where to get a key?

    Looks like its BF2 but for free, maybe they sorted some lag and made guns stronger, could be good craic, got any spare keys :D

    its a fun game!
    same as battlefield heroes.

    ive been havin a laugh playing it.

    a few hackers though, not too too common.

    Played about 2 rounds of it, realised it was crap and I already own BF2 which is much better.

    The bloomin micro-transaction model so you pay €2 for a scarf and whatnot is fecking stupid.

    got emailed a key from ea today, its being opened on the 4th april i think, played it, is there just like the one gfx setting? I had figured it was gonna look better than BF2 but it looked horrible and hazey like a poor TV signal LOL, just played it for 5mins, was about all i could handle, had to go back to BC2 lol

    This is going to replace Minecraft as my lunchtime game of choice :) It's nothing new or radically different (except the addition of Micro-transactions if you want to pay for some upgrades etc), but it's very enjoyable. Also, you can't just jump into a helicopter or jet anymore, you need to give yourself the skill when you level up which means a lot less n00bs flying into the sea when you take off from the Carriers :D In-game name is Shiminay if anyone wants to be fwends :)
