Permanent tsb atm question

I have a current switch account with permanent tsb and i have a atm card with that-i use this a lot in the republic. The atm card has a 'Cirrus' logo on the back of it-does that mean i can withdraw uk sterling from a atm in northern ireland then?

Any ATM with a Cirrus/Maestro/MasterCard logo on it - so practically all of them
