Re-Insulating 3 bed semi detached House

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if anyone could recommend a reputable company in Carlow or close by to re-insulate my house? Looking at getting the attic done and also cavity walls; it's a standard 3 bed semi-d house and approx 10 years old so nothing too complex I don't think!

John Farell insulation did ours last month, in and out quickly, no messing. His daughter then does the BER after and sends off the grant forms. Highly recommend them.
