Belkin Wireless Repeater

I have a Belkin wireless repeater/extender that I used with my old Imagine broadband. I've now switched over to UPC and need to configure the repeater to work with this, but I no longer have the Belkin manual/disc. Could anyone advise me how to set it up/get it to pick up my new broadband? Thanks.
