Thinking of switching my Sky TV and Eircom broadband to UPC TV and broadband package. Gonna save about 40 euro a month. Anybody and ideas why I shouldn't do it. Is UPC as crap as some people say it is

I've been on UPC (TV and internet) for the last 6 years and I have never had any problems with them.
