Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is it possible to record websites or streaming video with a dvd recorder using a vga to scart or vga to usb cable ?Or is there an easier more straightforward method?

Seem a daft way to do it, unless you have some specific reason?
Lots of software will rip steamed media.

I use replay media catcher which works very well, records any form of audio / video from webpages.

You could if you wanted to record via a dvd player and a vga-scart cable. Using a tv hooked up to the dvd player as your monitor. Though why you would want to....
