Ebooks in foreign languages

    I know there are lots of sites with free ebooks available for download, but I'm looking to download French novels (old ones, so they should be available somewhere on the net for free). The only things I find on any of the ebook sites are dictionaries when I try to find novels. Anybody tried this and found a site?

    EDIT: It's not just French authors, I see Billy Shakespeare and Jonathan Swift translations in there too!
