L'Oliver on limerick lane - laneway beside AIB Bank (opposite Michael Murphys Furniture) is another ideal spot for families.

Superb pizzas and pasta and very reasonably priced. (pizzas/pasta under €10 & house wine about €15)

+2 for O'livier. My fav place to eat in Newbridge. Not only do they have sandwiches, pizza or pasta during the day but you can also order anything off the dinner menu. Try the choc fondant or raspberry macaroon for dessert. Only macaroon I've ever had that doesn't taste eggy.

JRB is grand if you haven't eaten in a week! Starters are main course size and main course could do 2 people. Not the healthiest either, but I do love it to cure a hangover!

Would recommend Judge Roy Beans, Swifts, Harrigans lower main St. who all do good wholesome food. La Bistro in Georges is excellent. As for L'Oliver its been closed for months.
