    What is the MNSCI?
    Is it:
    1. A national center.
    2. A club.
    3. A business
The "N" in MNSCI stands for "National". Was this gained or awarded? If so, by what process?.If so, are there any obligations or responsibilities which accompany the title such as running open or National level competitions?
Responsibility for running all of the long range target disciplines in Ireland is held by another "N", viz the NRAI. This is based in the MNSCI. Do you have to join the NRAI in order to compete in these disciplines?
Can you join the NRAI directly or do you have to become a member of the MNSCI club in order to join the NRAI?
