Boards.ie Fantasy Cup

The Boards.ie Fantasy Cup is a version of the Fantasy Premier League’s Fantasy Cup game. Entrants who qualify for the first round will be randomly drawn against each other and the winner of the tie is whoever has the highest score from that Gameweek, minus points spent on transfers (like in the original game and in head-to-head scores). In the event of a tie, the Manager with the highest number of goals in there team will go through.

Each Gameweek the number of teams will halve.

Entry
To enter provide
Your FPL Team ID# (this can be found by clicking ‘History’ under your kit on your team page. The address bar should be of the form ‘http://fantasy.premierleague.com/M/entryhist.mc?id=X’, where X is your unique 1 to 7 digit team ID number. N.b. Valid links do NOT end ‘myteam.mc’)
and your boards.ie name.

If you fail to provide all these details, then you will not be entered into the qualifying round. Please do not create a new, cup-specific team, only enter your existing team.

All entries received before the Saturday 26th of February @ 3.00 will be entered into the qualifying round. The first round proper of the Boards.ie Fantasy Cup will be Gameweek 29/30 depending on entries.

I was gonna enter this but I'm just wondering what the idea of having our boards id has to do with it. You give us a number of a league to join and everything is sorted.

I smell something weird going on here like collecting real names of boards members.

I raised doubts but was laughed at,all this just seems odd tbh..........
If it was a more respectable member of SF who organised it one would less suspicious.

I'm with you on this dahat. Something does smell fishy. Everyone's link in their post shows me their team but for some strange reason the OP's team doesn't show up.

Maybe we're wrong about all this. Paranoia will destroy ya

This is a knockout competition so it will be done on this forum.
Also it will just be easier to see whos team is who.
I am not taking real names of people either just thought it might be a bit of craic.
