so ive been in the place for about 6 months. the contract i signed doesnt state a length of stay. i want to leave. im dealing with an agency. if i give them a months notice do i have to fill my room myself when i leave or is it their responsibility? the contract makes no stipulation about me filling the room but the person…

If it's not in the contract you shouldn't have to do anything!

Always give notice regardless, it really saves a lot of problems.
