    theyve been talkin bout it for ages... whens it gonna happen nd whatll be in it? heard a library,hotel nd different stuff. wholl anchor the new complex. i googled it nd only rly old stuff like 2008 came up-anyone heard about it?:) one article actually sed they were gonna scrap the whole project nd build a park nd botanical gardens:pac: but another sed the project was approved by county council nd would go ahead- sed it 2008- but obviously it hasnt...

    THe builder/developer - Chartered Land/Joe O'Reilly is in NAMA, and owes a pile of money. He hasn't got a hope in hell of getting funding from the banks for Phase 2 until he gets his head well above water on Phase 1. Don't hold your breath.

    but joe oreilly said that dudnrum wasnt affected by recession- they just couldnt find an anchor store just yet-that was in 2009 i think is it different now cus nama came?:confused:
